How did you start out investing? Did you do it by trail and error or did you go work for anothor invetor and learn the ropes? Just seeing how you all got starting.

I spent about a year researching, networking, and working on my business plans. Then I bought a property, put the information I learned into action, and did my best to learn from my mistakes as I went along.

Then I bought my second property, didn't make any of the same mistakes, and tried to learn from all the new mistakes.
