I'm new to the investing world and I'm really wanting to learn everything there is to know. I've read books, listened to podcast but now I'm want to get involved. I'm willing to run errands, file paper work, get coffee, wash your car pretty much anything and everything you don't want to do. I'm interested in all aspects of real estate but even more so the fixing and flipping aspect but want to learn the wholesaling and holding parts as well. So if anyone in the Houston area would be willing to let me tag along on some deals from the start to the finish that would be awesome! I'm in the woodlands area. Thanks in advance

Hi @Jake Larson. I'm a fairly active investor in the Houston area. The thing our company needs the most is new deals. I think the best way for you or anyone to get started is driving for dollars. Learn what a good deal is, how to negotiate it, and then bring that to more experienced investors. It will always add value as time is always the commodity you start to lose as you grow.
