What's up BP family?!?!? Currently looking at a deal in Houston Texas and am working on an ARV for this property. I'm seeking a little advice, I know how to determine ARV but am a little confused on how to comp out a property that has central AC and heat VS a property with window units. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

I carry and active real estate license in Texas and have been involved for sometime. I also have a pretty good understanding of the construction aspect of things as I have been involved in that industry as well. So I understand real estate and construction but I'm really looking to basically "hang out" with someone who does this full time. Learn from them and hopefully by the end of it all I will have enough knowledge that we can do some JV deals together.

I'm assuming everyone needs new deals! I appreciate the advice but I'm looking at more of the behind the scenes. I want to watch the whole thing unfold and then close back up. Like I said I'm looking for more of an internship type opportunity. Thanks again for the advice

I'm new to the investing world and I'm really wanting to learn everything there is to know. I've read books, listened to podcast but now I'm want to get involved. I'm willing to run errands, file paper work, get coffee, wash your car pretty much anything and everything you don't want to do. I'm interested in all aspects of real estate but even more so the fixing and flipping aspect but want to learn the wholesaling and holding parts as well. So if anyone in the Houston area would be willing to let me tag along on some deals from the start to the finish that would be awesome! I'm in the woodlands area. Thanks in advance

Good Afternoon BP! I'm still getting my feet wet on the investing side of Real Estate, but looking to make as many connections on here with as many wholesalers as possible. I'm not looking to hold any properties currently so there has to be enough margin in the deal to make it a good flip. I'm in The Woodlands area but am willing to travel all around Houston. Any leads help, and any connections are great! Thanks for all the help!

Good morning BP family! I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here on BP and reading all the helpful information you guys post! My partner and I are newbie investors and are looking for direction on how to find fix and flip deals, We are currently not looking to hold any properties. I am a licensed realtor so I do have access to the MLS but I am finding it to be rather tough to find those gems on there. Any help on where to go next, and referrals to wholesalers would be much appreciated as well.
