Looking For Advice On Financing My Startup

My business partner and I are in the final stages of launching our Real Estate company and we are weighing our options on financing our business. We are debating between getting a small business loan, finding an investor or investors, or mortgaging the house with a 203k loan. I'd love to hear personal experiences and advice on what has or hasn't worked for you. Thanks in advance!
