Crunching the Numbers!
Hello! I am brand new to the forum. I am a Realtor with Keller Williams. in Savannah, Ga. I just came up on my first year anniversary. I'm looking to get into Investing but as I've learned, only a deal is a deal! With that being said, I am looking to be educated on how to crunch the numbers! I know about ARV's and coming in at 65% and cash out refinancing at 80% of the ARV but I would like to know how do I know if I have a deal or vice versa. I hope this makes since! Thanks
