Business Formation Attorney to Advice on LLC or Corporation

Hello everybody, 

I was hoping that someone could refer us to a really good Business Formation Attorney here in Maryland or Baltimore, MD. We need someone who can advice us on our different options and help us form a company that will be involved in a plethora of RE activities ranging from Acquisitions to RE Tech. 

Preferably, the Attorney is a RE Investor. Please any recommendation(s) will be very very helpful. Thanks! - Ola
