New to Charlotte, NC and interested in passive income

Hello Everyone,

I've recently just moved to Charlotte, NC and would like to learn more about the area and have a goal of buying my first property by the end of this year.  I've listened to many BP podcasts, read and continuing to read real estate books and finally have decided to get past the first step and actually invest in a property.

I'm interested in multi-family units (currently just du/tri/quad plex's as for the residential loan convenience).

I'd love to hear from current investors and people who have been in the market for a while here in Charlotte.  I'd love to pay for a cup of coffee or a drink if anyone in the area would like to meet and have a conversation about real estate!
