Is there a Real Estate Agent who also invests and help new people

Hello everyone. To be short and direct, I need an Real Estate Agent/ Investor who can pull comps on an extensive list of properties today. I will also need MLS listings to provide to inspectors. Lastly, if you are interested in an unlicensed RA assistant we can discuss incentives. I am in Statesville, North Carolina which is about 50 mins from Charlotte. Thanks everyone.

Shon.

@Lashonda Jones it might be more helpful to talking about what value you can bring to an agent partner. When I read this I just see a long list of wants.

Real estate agents are in the business to make a living, and every minute of their days needs to be going to income producing activities.

Another thing I suggest is to take some time to learn your market. When you know your market inside and out, you will not have to depend on an agent to pull comps for a long list of properties.
