I have been researching REI for quite a while and finally ready to get started but all I'm missing is the contracts needed! I am starting out wholesaling(assignments) so I need to know exactly all forms needed to do this. I found a few possible deals and I want to present myself in a professional way. I will be doing business in my home state of Louisiana.Any responses would be very much appreciated, thanks!
