Good afternoon BP,

I am actually new to BP and have heard of it and decided to join! Quick question. I am in the process of getting my real estate license as and agent/salesperson. Im looking to also do some wholesale, flipping projects down the line. Would wholesaling a house inflict or impact or go against anything as me being an agent. I am currently still getting my license and I ask this because there is a lot of legal policies that are within having the license. And also would brokerages allow an agent to be a wholesaler as well. I know every brokerage is different so have you heard of a brokerage that doesn't allow it?

Thanks You Guys
