Hi, my husband and I are interested in RE investing. The problem is he was laid off last year from a computer giant and I'm working part time. We have 200k cash, 250k in equity and stellar credit. Will banks laugh at us? Where should we start? What is the best way to get the most out of our money? Thanks, Ann
