Need Realtor in Orlando, FL

Hi Guys! This is my first post here.. So hello! Hope you guys had a great holiday weekend! I'm looking for a realtor who'd be available to helps us acquire a rental property in Orlando, FL that allows leasing. We already have an end user lined up that's ready to move in pretty much asap (like next week)! we just need someone to point us in the right direction since we don't live there (we're from DC/MD area).
