Hi everyone! I am new to BiggerPockets and to investing. I live in the Cleveland/Akron area and would like to get my feet wet by wholesaling a few properties. Is there anyone in the area that has wholesaled properties that wouldn't mind showing me the ropes? I would love to shadow somebody or work with somebody on a few properties to get started.
