Hi Everyone!!!  My name is Chase Price and I live in Austin, TX.  I've been in the residential construction industry, in various different roles, here since 2005.  I built custom homes as a project manager for roughly 3 years and absolutely loved it!  Currently I am the general manager of a stair and railing company here that offers turn-key installation services direct to the home builder and home owner.  As fun and rewarding as my job is, I'm really looking to start my own company flipping and building homes.  My current roadblock, though, is start up capital.  I would love to work with an investor to achieve this start up and make us both some money!  Any advice or direction you guys could provide would be appreciated.  Thanks.
