I'm looking to start real estate investing I'm looking for any tips to shorten my learning curve.  Where is the best place to start money or deal? I live in Regina SK Canada and the market here is average but an average home is between 250-290 in good neighbor hoods. I am really looking for a starting point what to look for and how to find investors. Any help would be great
