Estimating Rehab Costs
I've read Jay Scott's book on estimating rehab costs but before I start looking at some more houses, I'm trying to figure out how to better estimate rehab costs. I think the best way would be to go out and look at properties with a seasoned investor preferably during the weekends when I'm not working in the Metro Detroit area or surrounding area. Does anyone need help looking at houses, trainingtraining someone at first but thab later on, I'd be happy to do all the leg work or work that no one wants to do. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as literature? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks
