Trying to develop my team, looking for suggestions.

I am brand new to Real Estate Investing and my first project will be a Find & Flip. I have some property that I want to investigate but don't have the appropriate people in place to assist me. I'm looking for a good realtor, contractor, appraiser, and any other professional that is necessary for success. Thank you in advance for any help on this matter.
