Agreements help!

Hey everyone. So my partner and I are having trouble with finding real estate attorneys that deal with wholesaling, title companies too. We found a title company that will be willing to help, but we aren't sure if the agreements we have are "correct" for a lack of better terms. If anyone would be willing to take a look at them or give suggestions as to what definitely needs to be in them, that would be much appreciated. I know each state is different too, but we're running out of options for help. Thank you all in advance.

P.S. We are located in West Virginia
