It no matter where you are wether it be Vegas , Cali , Arizona etc.. Investing is all about planning it out financially, but it works both ways. From a banks perspective they're looking to invest in you as an asset & based off your background & situations they'll be able to provide you with money at better or worse rate all dependent on you. Just like you'd only pay a certain dollar amount for a home based on the value of it. The only real way a lender can quote you accurate information is to check credit & advise after
