I saw a peice of property, a beautiful lot for development, for sale in NJ across the street from an overlooking position of Manhattan. It's a grade A area and I have no idea what to do! I had a vision for the property immediately but I don't  know where to start and don't even know if it's a good investment or not. My heart is drawn to it but I don't know how to move. I need help!

? What kind of immediate assistance can anyone offer? Are you looking to be a developer? If not, and if you don't plan on holding it for appreciation, your decision is already made. If you are planning on being a developer, can you build something that you can make money on at this property?

Tip: if you don't know if something is a good investment, it probably means you haven't done enough homework to identify a good investment. Sometimes people get paralyzed by analysis, wanting to have 100% certainty, but if you have laid the proper groundwork, you should be able to put pencil to paper or fingers to keypad and figure out what your rock-bottom break even is, your pie-in-the-sky potential, and whether you can settle out in between those two figures, and which one you'll be closer to when you do settle.
