First cold attempt.
Hey bp,
Well I'm rather new to the investing side of real estate, been trying to read and listen to all that I can and decided I need to actually try to make something happen.
I've been driving by this house for a couple months that had a FSBO sign out in front, debating whether or not to stop and get the number. Today I decided I'd stop on my way home from work. I gave her a call and turns out she already has it under contract and getting ready to push the paperwork through. A day late and a dollar short would be the correct phrase to describe this.
I just wanted to share this and tell all the newbies like myself, if you come across something like this scenario, all I can say is just do it. It never hurts just to call and see what it's all about.
Thanks for reading have a good day!!
