How to build team

Jess Sweet
Posted

I am looking to buy and flip properties in my community. I know the market well, and have a good eye for improvements that will help a property sell. However, I have very little experience estimating costs, labor, etc. I'm not connected to a contractor or laborers, and I wonder how to get started with these folks before I even step foot onto my first prospect.

I do have a good real estate agent, real estate attorney and title company. Who else should I include before I take the plunge?

I've done a bit of poking around and read some books on the subject of flipping, but any other literature or resources would be helpful! Thanks.
