Quick Property Tax Question

So I've been reviewing detailed property tax info and I came across a document that is sometimes included on the website I use. It lists addresses, land price, improvements and the total property tax on the far right for the year prior. But under the 2015 tax is a smaller amount labeled as "2016 1st".

My question is, is this going to be the total increase for 2016? Will the first property listed there be paying $3633.45 in 2016?

Thank you for any help.
