Financing
Good evening I am looking to touch base with someone who may be able to help me. I am just getting back into the real estate world and my lender I was using retired. With me getting back in I have not much money. My lender use to give me the purchase price of the house and the rehab with 0 money out of my pocket. My question is are those day gone? Is there anyone that will lend like that. Just on a few deals so I can get some seed money together.
