If you are wholesaling you won't be using an Agent for something they will get paid for which is listing and selling houses so you won't be terribly attractive to them. If you want them to pull comps for your properties you are asking them to work for free. What I would do is offer to pay for your comps. You can either do this on a per comp or by the hour basis. Put a listing on craigslist asking for a Realtor to pull comps for you. Offer to pay $5 - $10 for each one or put together a list of 10 and offer them $25 see what happens.
