LLC
Hi,
I am buying a property in PA and in AL.
I have already formed an LLC in PA.
My question is should I form a separate one for my property in AL? or register the AL to the PA LLC, for which I will need to pay foreign LLC fees.
I understand the benefit of having separate LLCs for each property, but I am wondering which option will be cheaper in terms of fees in the long run?
Both properties are bought as all-cash deals.
thanks
