Best Bang for Your Buck with Mailers
Hey All! I have located a bunch of pre-foreclosures that I would like to send off some mailers to as part of my strategy to begin wholesaling.
What method provides the best bang for the buck?
I was thinking about doing it myself, creating my own letters, buying the stamps, buying the envelopes, and then sending these mailers off. However, I have heard that using yellow letters or some of the postcard services out there produce great results as well.
Any suggestions?
