Businessplan

Hi all,

I did a lot of reading on here and now I want to make a business plan. I want to make a plan for an investor who is willing to buy the houses, he/she gets a % of the profit and let me do all the renting. He/she is of course the house owner. 

What kind of subjects I must have in my plan? Is their some kind of guide for this?

Hope some of you can help me a bit.
