Looking for advice to research best strategy to sell a property.
I own a house, no loan. It needs quite a few fixes to be honest, but I could still sell it now for a profit.
However, I'd like to make as much money from this property as possible, and also use it as a learning experience on how to rehab. So my goal is to get some work done on the house and sell it for a higher price.
I'd like to get some advice on doing the proper research to figure out what my numbers are, and to estimate with "x" repairs, we can safely assume "y" price.
