Lists of vacated/abated propeties

Where does one get them? I know Los Angeles puts their right on their DBS site. Yet other locales seem to either be hiding them or not publishing them at all. Is list source up to date with lists per state, or do I need to dig deeper in specific city records, maybe even call particular city offices?
