Partnership Structure

Hi,

New to BP. Multi-family owner starting first flip project.

My question is on the structuring of my partnership.

I am related to my partner and he is also a Realtor?

How should the commission he makes be handled?

Should the commission be put back in the house and for the budget of the project or should he be entitled to his commission?

Second he wants to come up with a rate that if we personally do any work aside from what the workers are doing that we should be paid for our time. Agree/Disagree?
