I only have $20k to start. Flip or Multi?
Hi Team,
I am ready to start making offers and get into the game. My next deal will be my first and I am very excited. I only have $20k cash that I want to use. I have other money but want to leave it for emergencies. So.... to the experienced investors, how do I best use that initial money? I really want to get into multi's - not flips as much. However, I started thinking if I do a flip, I might be able to double that $20k and have even more cash to start into the multi's. Thoughts?
Many thanks in advance!
