Hello everyone

I am an agent from Los Angeles county and love the investment side of real estate. My first investment deal was a flip in West Hollywood and Ive been hooked ever since. I am also getting my MLO license which is proving to make my transactions much smoother for me. Commercial is intriguing to me but seems to be a whole new side I will need to get educated on. Any pointers would be appreciated. Now lets see what this Bigger Pocket community is all about!
