Do I need a broker's license for properties owned by my company?

Hey Everyone at BiggerPockets,

I'm brand new to this community and boy am I glad I found. I've been pouring over all over the information found on this site and the community is the most knowledgeable and amiable I've seen. 

My question is this: do I need a broker's license to manage the properties that are owned by my company in the state of Georgia?
