i'm new to this part of the business, and although i have spoken to many people, i still feel a little nervous to actually  getting in and  purchasing.  i guess i don't know what i don't know.

  anyway i was wondering  if there is anyone  with some  experience  rehabbing  and wants to partner with me for a split of the profits. I am willing to do all the leg work and such and funding to a certain  point isn't a problem. It's  just the the process  and the procedures that i'm worried about.

 Any advice out there ?
