Hello, everyone! Brand newbie from DC. Looking to get into wholesaling. I am still in the educational stage but ready to come out from behind pages and webinars and apply some knowledge. I know I have a lot to learn but I want to learn from the professionals.

Any investors in the area that can give advice on finding good deals? Wholesaling?
