Self-employed
Good day BP! I've been working with a builder for quite a while, installing their tile and hardwood flooring. Recently they just started on a new development(3/2, SFH, 150k's) and I figured I haven't bought my first home yet why not build my first one, since I can install the flooring and do the painting myself. Although, I have one problem, I am self-employed and have only been in business since last July. Mortgage companies I've heard only take on companies or owners that's been in business for over 2 years. But in other words I do have about 15% i can put down or 20%. Any help?
