Seeking partner to purchase first investment property
All answers will be greatly appreciated. A little about me. I make about $39K per year and was pre-approved for $170K loan. I want to purchase my first multi-unit (2-4 units) I would live in one unit. $170K cannot purchase in my preferred area. I'm seeking a partner who I can partner with. We can discuss the terms with a 50/50 or 60/40 or equity partner (I'm just thinking of some possible options). I am open to other suggestions from the BP community and willing to do whatever it takes to get into real estate and my first investment property. Thank you
