looking for the heart of a teacher

I am new to real estate and would like to find someone to teach me a little. Now I'm not asking for a hand out I'd be willing to do odd jobs from time to time ( I can do minor electrical work ). Looking for someone on the terrell tx area that has a flexible schedule to meet on. I work nights 11pm to 7am in terrell tx.
