Is it best to have an Atorney put together a contract and let them know what I want it to say. Also from my research and reading a book by Robert Shemin called Secrets of Buying And Selling Real Estate Withuot Using Your Own Money. I learned that their are two different contracts. One for the seller and one for the buyer, is that true?

Also could any one send me a sample contract, or contracts?
