Starting a Property Management Company in Atlanta

I am currently a licensed realtor here in the Atlanta area. I mainly deal with traditional sales, commercial, and investors; I would like to officially start my own property management company as I already have a few units I manage now. But now I think its time to take it to the next level and turn it into a business. Any tips, ideas, info, or management software you guys could suggest?

P.S. - Also what is the going rate monthly, what services you offer, receiving payment from the owner, using an attorney to file evictions, etc....

P.P.S - The units I manage now are at 10% monthly

@Rashad Jones Jennings Property management in Atlanta is a great business to get involved with.  I'd start with attending anything the National Association of Residential Property Managers is conducting.  The Atlanta chapter has lots of very experienced people who love to share their knowledge.

@Anthony Angotti I'm sure Pittsburgh has a chapter also.
