Purchasing my own home and renevating
Hey everyone, I am still new to REI and have yet to do my first deal, but I was trying to figure out s good strategy to buy my own home and fix it up.
My question is, is there some type of financing that includes extra money to be put into the renovations? My family are all contractors so I have that part down, I'm just not too familiar with all tge financing options. Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome.
Thanks,
TJ
