Any book suggestions for Southern California market?

I've been listening to all the bigger pockets podcasts and I've been reading all the books I can get my hands on. Anyone know of any good books on the Southern California market. Specifically I was hoping to learn about buy and hold, single family homes, vacation rentals(maybe in big bear), and multi family. Also any good advice would be more hen welcome.
