Any book suggestions for Southern California market?

I've been listening to all the bigger pockets podcasts and I've been reading all the books I can get my hands on. Anyone know of any good books on the Southern California market. Specifically I was hoping to learn about buy and hold, single family homes, vacation rentals(maybe in big bear), and multi family. Also any good advice would be more hen welcome. Thank you in advance for your time.
