Looking for vacation rental in northeast
I'm new to real estate investing and would like to start with a vacation rental in either upstate NY or Vermont. We would use it some and rent it out the weeks we aren't there. I wanted some feedback on good areas, preferably within 200 miles of NYC. I want it to have summer and winter potential. I know some of the bigger attractions like Stowe, but wondering if there are some hidden jewels I could check out. Thanks in advance!
