Hello i am thinking of buying lota in London as Paris France the price stoo high and the renters are too much proteted from law and many do not pay rent

I was wondering what one needs to know  about a market? How does someone know when a market is good or bad and which neighbourhoods are good? Are all nice and rich neiboughoods good or not? Thank you

Hi Fabian,

Although I grew up in Glasglow, I spent many years living in the London metro area.  Central London can be expensive & available properties are few & far between.

If you’re looking at the outskirts, say a 45-minute tube ride from central London, check out the town of Epping.  It’s a nice one-street town that’s at the start/end of the Underground line. You’re guaranteed a seat.  It’s grown through the years and is a sought-after location for young professionals to rent or buy.  Most towns along the central line are prime areas for you to look.
