Have read numerous blogs..checked out forums til my eyes hurt... I get excited about one aspect...read about another one...and another til I'm just SOOO confused. Would like to wholesale but buy and hold also peaks my interest as well as fix and flip.....IM SOOOOOOOO overwhelmed!!!

Someone PLEASE if they could..help me find a direction..I WANT this so badly
