Hi all,

I hope this isn't a silly question but I feel like I'm slightly stuck. I hope you veterans out there can help me.

So I've been doing some connecting lately and have made good progress building a network of cash buyers and money lenders alike. I feel like I'm in a good place to start putting myself out there to other investors and possibly doing a JV deal.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this? Or should I use the same tactic that I've been using to network?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my question,

Jacquelyn Ceasor

JVs are completely different world if your partners are sophisticated. Operating agreements, waterfalls, management authority, decision making authority, etc. become really important. It adds a whole new layer to the equation.
