Selling a Whole sale property

Hi,

I've decided to break into real estate investing via wholesaling, but I still have a few questions; hopefully someone here can assist:

Do I physically show the property to potential buyers? If so, what is stopping them from cutting me out of the deal? Also, if I don't give them the address etc - doesn't that reduce the likely hood that they will purchase if they can't examine the merchandise so to speak.
