Please advise me
I really want to start in my real estate investor journal to reach my financial freedom and move another state but before that, I have to resolve a couple issues I have with my actual situation.
I have a couple questions if someone can advise me
1. We have a loan at 6.75% in our primary residence is not possible to refinance because we still under water is a condo.
Is better to move a new house and left the condo like a rental property, even we have to put money to cover the mortgage and expenses every month?
2. If We consider moving to other house we are thinking in a fixer-upper ( will be our first) to try to build equity. What do you think are mine best option?
Thanks
