Becoming a better Property Manager

Hello everyone! I had a question in regards to property management. I do a lot of management and have quickly grown my business. I haven't been given much formal education other than what I learned getting my real estate license, which, wasn't much at all. Everything that I have learned has been through trial and error. As I grow my business and try to make it more profitable and efficient, I realize that I need to improve upon many things, some I'm sure that I'm not even aware of.

My question is, are there Property Management classes or courses out there that you all recommend? Thanks so much!
